Join PT. FUSION NIAGA BALI as an Administrative Invoice Specialist and become a vital part of our finance operations. In this role, you'll ensure the seamless creation and management of client invoices with meticulous attention to detail. You'll verify product/service details, pricing structures, payment terms, and due dates to maintain financial accuracy and prevent revenue delays. Collaborating with sales, procurement, and accounting teams, you'll resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payment processing. This position requires exceptional organizational skills to manage high-volume transactions while maintaining digital and physical invoice archives. Your contributions will directly impact cash flow efficiency and client satisfaction in our dynamic Bali-based environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Create, review, and issue accurate client invoices with correct pricing and payment terms
- Verify product/service details, quantities, and discounts against purchase orders and contracts
- Maintain organized digital and physical invoice archives for audit compliance
- Monitor invoice aging and coordinate follow-ups on overdue payments
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to resolve pricing or billing discrepancies
- Process credit memos and adjustments for returned products or service cancellations
- Ensure compliance with company invoicing policies and tax regulations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in accounting/business administration preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in invoice processing or administrative finance roles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential) and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Exceptional attention to detail with numerical accuracy verification skills
- Strong organizational abilities with experience managing transactional workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
