In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in our Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, ensuring the integrity of our financial operations.
As a KYC Executive, you will be at the forefront of document verification and fraud detection. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive document verification for new and existing clients to ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct thorough fraud detection checks and analyze discrepancies in provided documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all KYC files and customer data within the database.
- Assist in the reconciliation of client information and resolve any data inconsistencies promptly.
- Communicate with internal teams to escalate high-risk cases or verification issues.
- Adhere strictly to internal compliance protocols and operational procedures.
- Support the team in preparing KYC reports and compliance documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of experience in administrative or compliance roles are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of basic KYC procedures and anti-money laundering (AML) concepts.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and document review.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
