We are looking for a proactive individual to provide high-level administrative support to our Account Managers. In this position, you will be the backbone of our operations, managing complex schedules, coordinating internal and external communications, and ensuring that all program documentation is accurate and up-to-date. You will assist in organizing community events, preparing financial reports, and maintaining our client database. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Account Managers within Community Programmes.
  • Manage and maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Prepare, compile, and distribute reports, memos, and correspondence to ensure clear communication.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, routing inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for all program documentation and records.
  • Assist in the organization and logistics of community workshops and events.
  • Update and maintain the organization’s database and contact information with precision.

Kualifikasi

  • GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in any discipline.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant administrative or executive support experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with HR or accounting systems is an advantage.
