This is a key role providing comprehensive administrative support to the Dean and academic staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient office management.

In this capacity, you will manage the Dean’s calendar, coordinate meetings and appointments, handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, and prepare reports and presentations. You will assist in organizing academic events, workshops, and conferences, and maintain accurate records and filing systems. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and coordinate the Dean’s daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism.
  • Assist in organizing academic events, workshops, and official ceremonies.
  • Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring compliance with university policies.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Dean’s Office.
  • Support budget preparation, monitoring, and financial administrative tasks.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the Dean’s Office team as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, ideally in an academic or corporate setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
