Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and coordinate general office operations to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Maintain and organize official files, records, and correspondence in compliance with university policies.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute official documents, reports, and memos to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for department heads and staff.
  • Receive and screen incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, ensuring timely responses.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgetary requirements and basic financial reporting.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial Science, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Must be a Filipino citizen or a permanent resident of the Philippines.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to undergo government screening processes if applicable.
