Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of progressive HR or administrative experience in government or regulated environment
  • Deep knowledge of Philippine civil service rules, regulations, and compliance standards
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping
