Tanggung Jawab
- Manage recruitment lifecycle including job postings, applicant screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with civil service regulations and organizational objectives
- Oversee employee relations activities including conflict resolution, performance feedback, and engagement initiatives
- Maintain comprehensive personnel records and documentation ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate administrative functions including report preparation, correspondence, and documentation management
- Support talent development programs including training coordination and performance management systems
- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and organizational development requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of progressive HR or administrative experience in government or regulated environment
- Deep knowledge of Philippine civil service rules, regulations, and compliance standards
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder engagement
- Proven problem-solving skills with ability to handle confidential information
