We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Officer III (Cashier II) to join our growing team in Metro Manila. This is a key position that combines the technical expertise of a Cashier with the organizational skills of an Administrative Officer. You will be the primary point of contact for financial transactions and administrative coordination within the office.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily cash flow, ensuring the accuracy of all financial records, and providing seamless support to the management team. We are looking for a candidate who is not only proficient in accounting principles but also possesses the integrity and discretion required to handle company funds. Tanggung Jawab

  • Receive, verify, and process cash payments, checks, and other forms of remittance accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate daily cash reports and reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis.
  • Issue official receipts (OR) and acknowledge slips (AS) for all transactions to ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, vouchers, and general payroll support.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, document management, and supply inventory.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues promptly.
  • Ensure the safe custody of petty cash and manage the imprest fund responsibly.
  • Support the Administrative Officer in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Civil Service Professional Eligibility (or equivalent eligibility preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in cashiering, accounting, or administrative support roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
  • Strong mathematical skills, high attention to detail, and strong integrity when handling funds.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
