Tanggung Jawab
- Process daily financial transactions including payments, receipts, and cash management
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding payment inquiries and procedures
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile daily cash floats
- Prepare and submit financial reports and documentation
- Ensure compliance with government financial regulations and internal policies
- Assist in administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in cashiering or financial administration
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic accounting software
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Knowledge of government financial regulations is preferred
- Must possess good moral character and be eligible for government service
