Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and training sessions for the Protege RTW program participants and mentors.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a conducive and productive working environment.
  • Process and maintain accurate administrative records, documents, and databases related to the Protege RTW initiative.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence for program stakeholders and management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, emails, and mail, with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide logistical support for program-related events, workshops, and networking activities.
  • Liaise effectively with internal departments, external vendors, and program participants to ensure seamless administrative operations.
  • Support general office administration duties as required to maintain a well-organized and functional workspace.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
