As a Budget Officer III, you will be responsible for the preparation and execution of the annual budget, financial reporting, and ensuring that all fiscal activities comply with established regulations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in public sector budgeting and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, consolidate, and analyze the annual budget plan and financial programs of the university.
- Monitor budget utilization, allotments, and obligations to ensure financial stability and compliance.
- Process, verify, and recommend payment vouchers, requisitions, and other financial documents.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of financial transactions and produce regular status reports.
- Coordinate with department heads and units regarding their financial requirements and allotments.
- Ensure strict compliance with Civil Service Commission (CSC) rules, regulations, and government accounting standards.
- Perform other related administrative duties as may be assigned by the Budget Office Head.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a holder of a Civil Service Professional License or a PRC Registered Accountant.
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Public Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in budgeting, financial administration, or public accounting.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
