We are seeking a highly competent Administrative Officer V (Cashier III) to join our team in the Ilocos Region. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the daily receipt, disbursement, and custody of government funds and collections.
- Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports to ensure compliance with auditing standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to monitor budgetary utilization and reconcile financial discrepancies.
- Oversee the maintenance of cash books, subsidiary ledgers, and official payment records.
- Supervise subordinate staff to ensure adherence to established financial policies and office protocols.
- Facilitate the processing of payroll, vouchers, and other essential disbursements in a timely manner.
- Maintain secure handling of financial instruments and sensitive administrative documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cashiering, treasury, or administrative support roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and financial management software.
- Deep understanding of government accounting rules and regulations.
- Exceptional numerical ability and high level of attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
