Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and coordinate daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and official documentation
  • Organise and maintain office records, files, and documentation systems
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and spreadsheets

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
  • Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles is advantageous

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
