Tanggung Jawab
- Manage front-desk reception duties, including greeting visitors and coordinating office arrivals.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate office schedules, meetings, and courier arrangements to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients and internal stakeholders to maintain high service standards.
- Maintain office inventory and order supplies as needed to support daily workflows.
- Assist departments with ad-hoc clerical tasks and project coordination.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, Diploma, or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in administrative, receptionist, or customer-facing roles is a plus, but motivated entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
