Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and process sales orders accurately to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including documentation, filing, and reporting.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records to track sales pipeline progress.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via email and telephone, providing professional customer service.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and quotations for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse departments to monitor stock levels and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in the F&B or food distribution industry is a distinct advantage.
