Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily office operations, including supply inventory management and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence and maintain digital filing systems
- Assist in recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and onboarding support
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office Suite
- Handle vendor relationships and service contracts for office facilities
- Support cross-functional projects with administrative tasks and data management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with office management software or ERP systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Diploma or certificate in Business Administration or related field preferred
