Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support for various departmental projects.
  • Maintain, organize, and archive physical and digital files to ensure easy retrieval and data integrity.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of office memos, reports, and correspondence.
  • Support office personnel in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Coordinate with different departments to streamline office supply inventory and procurement needs.
  • Assist in the onboarding process and general clerical duties to keep the office running smoothly.

Kualifikasi

  • Educational background in Office Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative support or clerical roles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment usage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
