In this role, you will serve as the backbone of our retail operations, ensuring seamless daily processes and providing exceptional support to both our management team and walk-in customers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily Point of Sale (POS) operations, including accurate cash handling and payment processing.
- Provide front-line administrative support, including data entry, filing, and managing office correspondence.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and tracking stock movements for lighting and bathroom fixtures.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customers receive timely and accurate order updates.
- Handle general office housekeeping duties to maintain a professional and welcoming retail showroom environment.
- Prepare periodic reports for management regarding daily sales and operational activity.
- Address customer inquiries professionally, providing excellent service that reflects the 99 Watts brand identity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level certification or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail administration, customer service, or a back-office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic computer literacy.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail management software is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
