Tanggung Jawab
- Manage facility reservations, bookings, and member inquiries with exceptional service
- Oversee daily administrative operations including documentation, reporting, and record-keeping
- Coordinate with maintenance and coaching staff to ensure facility readiness
- Process payments, manage inventory, and handle financial transactions
- Implement health and safety protocols throughout the facility
- Support event planning and coordination for sports tournaments and activities
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for smooth operations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business administration preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in administrative support or customer service roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and booking management systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic understanding of sports facility operations and safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid first aid certification is advantageous
