Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and organize confidential documents, files, and digital records
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to department heads and team members
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate office operations including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Maintain office supplies inventory and procurement processes
- Handle incoming communications and ensure timely responses to inquiries
- Assist in onboarding processes and new employee orientation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
