Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and support training program logistics and materials preparation
- Maintain, update, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Assist in digitalization projects including document scanning and workflow automation
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for placement and testing activities
- Manage office documentation, filing systems, and record-keeping
- Handle incoming communications, scheduling, and correspondence
- Support data entry and report generation activities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
