Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including event coordination and material distribution.
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the Customer Experience team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage and update customer databases and records with high accuracy.
- Coordinate internal meetings, schedule appointments, and handle travel arrangements for management.
- Prepare and distribute marketing collateral, reports, and internal communications.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to ensure project milestones are met on time.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or GCE 'A' Levels in any discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative support or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
