Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive onboarding documentation including contracts, policy handbooks, and compliance materials
- Schedule and coordinate orientation sessions with department heads and external vendors
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems and document management platforms
- Act as primary point of contact for new hires during initial onboarding phase
- Coordinate background checks, pre-employment requirements, and benefit enrollment processes
- Monitor onboarding progress metrics and prepare status reports for HR leadership
- Collaborate with IT department to ensure new hires have necessary equipment and system access
Kualifikasi
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative or HR coordination experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
- Detail-oriented approach with high accuracy in documentation and data handling
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
