Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily front-desk operations, including welcoming visitors and handling incoming calls.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure efficient document retrieval.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, meeting minutes, and internal correspondence.
  • Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders to maintain stock levels.
  • Support the management team with scheduling, travel arrangements, and calendar management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth operational workflows.
  • Maintain data accuracy across company databases and software platforms.

Kualifikasi

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
