Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for the sales team, including direct selling and tender processes
- Prepare, review, and submit tender documents with precision and attention to detail
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure all pre and post-tender requirements are met
- Manage sales documentation, contracts, and project files systematically
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and other sales collateral
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding project status
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and project milestones
- Support the sales team in meeting their targets through efficient administrative processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in sales or project environments
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in document preparation and data entry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with tender processes and project documentation is highly desirable
