Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets for management review.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including email management, calendar scheduling, and travel coordination.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure timely communication and resolution of billing inquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll and tax documentation in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and document management protocols.
  • Execute ad-hoc administrative tasks to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Bookkeeper.
  • Strong proficiency in cloud-based accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB).
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and high accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup during New Zealand business day-shift hours.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
