Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Principal with daily administrative tasks and special projects
- Manage office communications, including correspondence and parent inquiries
- Maintain and organize school records, files, and digital databases
- Coordinate enrollment processes and assist with student registration
- Support scheduling of meetings, events, and facility usage
- Procure and manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required
- Ensure compliance with preschool administrative policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented with professional demeanor
- Knowledge of preschool or childcare operations is advantageous
