Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office operations, including filing systems, correspondence, and document management
- Coordinate procurement of office supplies and equipment while maintaining inventory control
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and executive communications
- Handle incoming/outbound communications including calls, emails, and mail processing
- Support travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and event logistics
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts
- Maintain accurate databases and ensure data integrity
- Provide administrative support to project teams and department heads
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in corporate or technical environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles or bookkeeping preferred
