Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage MOM Work Passes: Handle the application, renewal, and tracking of Employment Passes and Work Permits for staff and foreign workers.
  • Construction Documentation: Organize, file, and verify construction-related reports, site safety records, and project correspondence.
  • Office Coordination: Schedule meetings, manage office calendars, and coordinate internal and external communications.
  • General Administration: Maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to company records.
  • HR Support: Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
  • Compliance: Ensure all administrative processes adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: GCE 'N' or 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Previous experience in administrative or office support roles is preferred.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with MOM work pass procedures is a strong advantage.
  • Skillset: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
