Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office schedules, calendars, and appointment coordination
- Handle incoming communications, correspondence, and client inquiries
- Coordinate meetings and events with logistics preparation
- Maintain office supplies inventory and procurement systems
- Support project coordination through documentation and deadline tracking
- Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documentation
- Assist in onboarding processes and employee record management
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; administrative certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years in administrative or office support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
