Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily office administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document control.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth cross-functional workflows.
- Prepare, verify, and process purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate physical and digital records of inventory and transactions.
- Assist in managing office supplies inventory, vendor coordination, and general office maintenance.
- Support department managers in compiling weekly and monthly operational and administrative reports.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum of a Diploma, GCE 'A'/'O' Level, or equivalent certification in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of proven administrative experience, preferably within logistics, maritime, or shipping industries.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluent spoken and written English.
- High level of accuracy, great attention to detail, and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as a collaborative team player.
- Must be comfortable working at our Joo Koon location.
