Tanggung Jawab
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Manage contract documentation lifecycle from initiation to renewal/termination
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and procurement teams for seamless execution
- Analyze risks and recommend mitigation strategies for contractual obligations
- Prepare monthly reports on contract status and key performance indicators
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in contract administration
- Certified in Contract Management (e.g., CPCM) is preferred
- Proficiency in Indonesian contract law and commercial regulations
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
- Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
