Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all legal cases and disputes within PT. Mekar Armada Jaya and New Armada Group
- Develop and implement legal compliance strategies for operational activities
- Lead contract review, drafting, and negotiation processes
- Provide authoritative legal counsel to management on regulatory matters
- Supervise legal team members and delegate tasks efficiently
- Monitor legislative changes and assess business impact
- Represent company in external legal proceedings and negotiations
Kualifikasi
- S1 Law degree (S.H.) from accredited university with minimum GPA 3.00
- Minimum 5 years experience in legal practice, preferably in corporate law
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian commercial law and regulations
- Valid membership in Indonesian Bar Association (Peradi)
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage legal teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in legal documentation and case management systems
