We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal & Corporate Affairs Staff to join our professional team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining corporate governance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the company's legal documentation ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining our licensing processes, reviewing high-stakes contracts, and acting as the primary point of contact for administrative legal matters. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure that all corporate activities align with Indonesian legal requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain company licensing, permits, and business registration documentation to ensure continuous compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts and legal agreements to protect company interests.
- Monitor changes in Indonesian laws and regulations, providing actionable advice to management regarding potential impacts.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel, government agencies, and notaries for corporate filings and administrative requirements.
- Oversee the secure maintenance of physical and digital legal files and corporate records.
- Assist in the preparation of board resolutions, minutes of meetings, and other formal corporate governance documents.
- Facilitate internal audits and ensure all departments adhere to established legal policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in corporate legal affairs or a similar administrative role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Company Law, licensing regulations, and contract management.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
