StaffKing Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrator (Preschool Centre) to support the daily operations of our bilingual early childhood education centre located in the heart of River Valley. This full‑time position offers a stable Monday‑Friday schedule (9 am – 6 pm) and is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic educational environment.

As an Administrator you will be the backbone of our office, ensuring smooth communication between teachers, parents, and management while maintaining accurate records, scheduling, and compliance with Singapore’s early childhood regulations. You will handle enquiries, manage supplies, oversee event coordination, and assist in the preparation of reports and documentation essential for accreditation and curriculum development.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily office administration, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate scheduling for teachers, parents, and internal meetings while maintaining an up‑to‑date calendar.
  • Handle parent and stakeholder enquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about programmes and policies.
  • Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring the centre is well‑stocked and equipment is maintained.
  • Support the preparation of reports, compliance documentation, and accreditation paperwork in line with ECDA guidelines.
  • Assist in organising school events, workshops, and community outreach activities.
  • Collaborate with the management team to streamline administrative processes and implement improvements.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an educational or childcare setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual ability (English/Chinese) is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to work in a team‑oriented environment.
