Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end admission applications, ensuring timely processing and documentation
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with accurate property information
- Coordinate with property management teams to maintain accurate vacancy listings
- Process application fees and maintain financial records using company systems
- Conduct property tours and present uHomes.com's unique value proposition
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted admission campaigns
- Generate weekly reports on application metrics and occupancy trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Metro Manila rental markets preferred
- Certification in property management is a plus
