Tanggung Jawab
- Manage patient admission workflows, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Perform real-time verification of insurance coverage and eligibility for incoming patients.
- Liaise between hospitals and insurance providers to obtain necessary pre-authorizations.
- Monitor and manage claim documentation to ensure strict adherence to policy requirements and internal protocols.
- Address inquiries from patients and medical staff regarding admission status and insurance coverage.
- Maintain secure, organized digital records of patient medical files and insurance correspondences.
- Assist in the resolution of claim discrepancies to ensure prompt processing and approval.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in medical claims, insurance coordination, or hospital administration.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and insurance policy structures.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and healthcare management software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot claim-related issues efficiently.
