Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive admission and marketing strategies to drive student recruitment across the SIS Group.
  • Oversee the end-to-end enrollment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective families.
  • Manage school brand positioning and communications across digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Organize and execute promotional events, school tours, and open house activities to boost community engagement.
  • Analyze enrollment data and market trends to provide actionable insights for school leadership and board members.
  • Collaborate with academic leadership to create marketing materials that highlight our unique curriculum and school culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including current parents, local communities, and educational partners.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marketing, admissions, or business development, preferably within the education or premium services sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment or sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Strong digital marketing competency, including familiarity with CRM tools and social media analytics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to represent the school professionally at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
