- Manage end-to-end application processing for prospective students
- Respond to inquiries and provide guidance to parents/students via phone/email
- Organize and execute admissions events including open houses and school tours
- Maintain accurate digital records and databases using student information systems
- Coordinate with academic departments during enrollment transitions
- Prepare admissions reports and documentation for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and privacy policies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in administrative or educational support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and student information systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
