PT Hobi Menjadi Rintisan (Hikemore) is seeking a highly analytical and creative Ads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in Tangerang. As an Ads Specialist, you will be the engine behind our digital growth, managing performance campaigns that drive brand awareness and direct conversions for our premium outdoor apparel and gear.
You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our digital presence, ensuring that our innovative products reach the right adventurers at the right time. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of the Indonesian e-commerce landscape.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, launch, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Conduct thorough A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Monitor daily campaign budgets and adjust bidding strategies to maximize cost-efficiency.
- Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and weekly reports.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-engaging ad assets that resonate with outdoor enthusiasts.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies.
- Manage end-to-end retargeting efforts to capture lost conversions and increase customer lifetime value.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in managing paid digital advertising (Meta Ads and Google Ads are mandatory).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Google Analytics, Excel, or Data Studio).
- Deep understanding of conversion funnel optimization and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to perform under tight deadlines.
- Experience in the fashion or outdoor retail industry is a significant advantage.
