Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support for digital advertising platforms and tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign setup, delivery, and optimization
- Assist clients with platform navigation, feature utilization, and best practices
- Document support cases, solutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences
- Stay updated on AdTech trends, features, and industry developments
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively address potential issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or customer service
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems and ticketing tools
