Tanggung Jawab

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, targeting, and budgets to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for conversion optimization.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to improve click-through and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to provide data-backed insights for high-converting content.
  • Generate comprehensive performance reports and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Media Buying.
  • Proven track record of managing advertising budgets and achieving measurable results.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into tactical actions.
  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Business Manager).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous learning and testing.
