Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to employee queries to ensure a high-quality service experience.
- Manage end-to-end resolution processes, minimizing handoffs and maximizing operational efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of employee interactions within the HR service platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to address complex issues and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Educate employees on self-service tools and resources to empower them in navigating company systems.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Employee Care workflows and service level agreements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Shared Services, or HR Operations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with HRIS or CRM ticketing systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with integrity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
