We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Advisor, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join our finance team in Bonifacio Global City. In this role, you will act as a key partner to business leaders, providing critical insights through financial modeling and rigorous analysis. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between operational execution and financial performance, ensuring that our financial strategies align with our corporate goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in variance analysis, forecasting, and reporting, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Working in a high-volume environment, you will support the month-end close process and assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term strategic plans. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate monthly and quarterly financial forecasts, including rolling forecasts and long-term strategic plans.
- Perform detailed variance analysis comparing actual results against budget and prior periods to identify trends and root causes.
- Prepare high-level management presentations and financial reports for executive leadership and board meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to gather operational data and support budgeting and planning initiatives.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive business performance and efficiency.
- Support cost control initiatives and process improvement projects within the finance function.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, FP&A, or Corporate Accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) is required.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
