Tanggung Jawab
- Assist doctors and aesthetic practitioners in performing various medical aesthetic procedures.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and clinical safety within the treatment rooms.
- Prepare patients for treatments, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-informed about the procedures.
- Manage patient bookings, inquiries, and registration with a high level of customer service excellence.
- Maintain accurate patient records and inventory levels for aesthetic products and supplies.
- Provide pre- and post-treatment care advice to clients to ensure optimal results.
- Actively participate in promoting clinic services and contributing to monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Nursing, Healthcare, or a related field; Registered Nurses (RN) are highly encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in a medical aesthetic clinic, dermatology, or cosmetic surgery setting is an advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin or other dialects is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new aesthetic technologies and treatment protocols.
