Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional service delivery
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of aesthetic professionals, including nurses, aestheticians, and support staff
- Maintain and enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols, sanitation standards, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and optimize clinic performance metrics, including client satisfaction, service quality, and revenue generation
- Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Manage inventory, procurement, and budgeting for clinic supplies and equipment
- Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, technologies, and industry trends
- Handle client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, or related healthcare field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology clinic, or similar healthcare setting
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is required
- Valid professional license (e.g., RN, Medical Technologist) with good standing
- Strong knowledge of aesthetic procedures, equipment, and products
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in clinic management software and basic office applications
