Tanggung Jawab
- Administer intravenous (IV) therapies, vitamin drips, and aesthetic injections (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers) safely and effectively.
- Perform and assist with a wide range of aesthetic procedures including laser treatments, microneedling, chemical peels, and hydrafacials.
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, skin assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide thorough pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions and follow-up support to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
- Promote and recommend aesthetic treatments, packages, and retail skincare products to achieve treatment sales goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and a sterile working environment.
- Collaborate with the medical director and clinic team to continuously improve patient experience and clinical excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) graduate.
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
- IV Therapy certification and proficiency is required.
- At least 1 year of clinical experience; experience in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic setting is an advantage.
- Strong sales aptitude and excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for patient education and customer service.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced clinic environment in Metro Manila.
- Flexibility to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
