Tanggung Jawab
- Perform laser and aesthetic procedures such as hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and facial treatments with precision and safety.
- Conduct thorough pre-procedure consultations and skin analyses to customize treatment plans for every client.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized treatment environment in strict adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Document patient history, treatment plans, and post-procedure outcomes accurately and confidentially.
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines, aftercare instructions, and expected results to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Handle client inquiries and concerns with empathy, patience, and a professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with the medical team to continuously improve service quality and patient care standards.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license from the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in aesthetic nursing, laser operations, or a related medical field.
- In-depth knowledge of facial anatomy, dermatology, and various aesthetic treatment modalities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure while managing multiple clients.
- Flexibility to work full-time hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
- Certification in laser safety or aesthetic procedures is a strong plus.
