Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive client consultations to assess aesthetic goals and recommend tailored treatment plans
- Perform advanced aesthetic procedures including injectables, laser therapies, and non-surgical body contouring
- Develop and maintain client relationships through follow-up care and personalized treatment adjustments
- Stay current with industry innovations through continuous training and certification programs
- Collaborate with clinic team to ensure seamless client experiences from consultation to post-treatment care
- Uphold strict safety protocols and regulatory standards for all aesthetic procedures
- Contribute to clinic growth through client referrals and participation in marketing initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Medicine, Nursing, or related field with specialized aesthetic medicine certification
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in aesthetic procedures and client consultation
- Valid certification in injectables (e.g., Botox, fillers) and laser therapies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build client trust and manage expectations
- Strong understanding of skin physiology, product chemistry, and treatment protocols
- Proven track record in client retention and satisfaction metrics
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
