Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional non-invasive skin treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and laser therapies.
- Conduct comprehensive skin analysis and consultations to recommend tailored treatment plans.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and sterilization of all treatment rooms and equipment.
- Educate clients on appropriate post-treatment care and home-care skincare routines.
- Actively promote and sell retail skincare products to enhance client results.
- Document client treatment records, progress, and preferences accurately.
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client retention and satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Aesthetician, Beauty Therapist, or in a similar clinical skincare role.
- Relevant certification or license in Esthetics, Cosmetology, or Nursing is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of skin types, skin conditions, and various non-invasive treatment modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Strong sales aptitude for recommending professional skincare products and packages.
- Must be well-groomed, professional, and possess a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends.
