- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Advise and guide clients on a wide range of aesthetic treatments and premium skincare products tailored to their individual needs.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the clinic.
- Conduct professional skin consultations and beauty analysis to recommend the most suitable solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, treatment protocols, and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
- Assist in the organization and execution of in-clinic promotional events and campaigns to drive customer engagement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and luxurious consultation environment in accordance with clinic standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the aesthetics, beauty, skincare, or luxury retail industry.
- Must be fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) and English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base.
- Possess a strong growth mindset with a relentless drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for customer service.
- Presentable, professional, and confident with a keen interest in beauty and aesthetics.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required in the retail industry.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
